Yes. We deliver tickets with acceptance criteria and QA steps. Your team keeps ownership of code changes.
We provide strategy, briefs, and templates. Writing can be included if agreed in scope; otherwise we collaborate with your writers.

Most sprints are delivered in 10–14 business days. Larger programs are typically 4–6 weeks.

Payments are processed through Stripe in EUR. For proposals, we invoice the agreed amount. For packages, pricing is shown on the Pricing page.
Yes, depending on delivery status. If no work has started, full refund within 7 days. If work started, pro-rated based on delivered milestones.
No. Card handling is performed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers on our servers.
