Delivery formats

- Ticket lists with acceptance criteria
- Dashboards (Looker Studio / Sheets)
- Recorded walkthroughs (private links)
Typical timelines
- Audit sprint: 10–14 business days
- Content system: 10–15 business days
- Reporting pack: 5–10 business days
- Programs: 4–6 weeks

Support
Support is provided via email during delivery. Typical response time is 24–48 business hours.
Revisions
Reasonable revisions to deliverables are included for 14 days after handover, unless otherwise specified in the proposal.
