Refund Policy
We sell professional services delivered digitally. Refund eligibility depends on whether work has started and which deliverables have been produced.
Eligibility summary
- Before work starts: full refund if requested within 7 days of purchase.
- After work starts: pro-rated refund based on delivered milestones and time spent.
- After final handover: generally non-refundable because the service has been delivered.
What counts as “work started”
Work is considered started when any of these occur: kickoff is completed, access review begins, audit crawl/data collection starts, or deliverables are drafted.
How to request a refund
Email support@seoconfederation.com from the purchasing email with your invoice details. We respond within 24–48 business hours and confirm the outcome.
Note: We do not offer refunds due to dissatisfaction with search results because outcomes depend on many external factors. We do offer corrective support where deliverables contain errors.
