We work with sensitive commercial data. Our approach is to minimize access, document usage, and remove access after delivery when requested.
Least-privilege access
- We request the minimum access needed for the agreed scope.
- Read-only access where possible (analytics/reporting).
- Time-limited access can be used if your systems support it.
Data retention
- We avoid copying datasets unless required for analysis.
- Deliverables are stored for handover; you can request deletion after completion.
- Payment data is handled by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.
Communication channels
Primary channel is email: support@seoconfederation.com. For sensitive details, we can use encrypted links or customer-provided secure portals.
